This is a high-level resale housing analysis with some key stats for Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
January transactions saw a slight increase on a year-over-year basis, even though we had horrible weather in the GTA during the last week of the month. The number of transactions edging upwards is in line with the Toronto Real Estate Board’s (TREB) forecast for higher sales in 2019!
