The Toronto Real Estate Board (TRREB) has released its April 2024 market report, highlighting a dynamic yet stable month for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) real estate market. Compared to the previous year, April 2024 saw a slight dip in home sales but a significant increase in new listings, providing potential homebuyers with greater options and leading to stable pricing trends.
Sorry, Beyonce, but the numbers don’t lie. These days, it looks like more single women equate their happily ever after with home ownership — not marriage. And while they aren’t necessarily choosing one over the other, they certainly aren’t waiting for Prince Charming to come along before purchasing a home.

Astonishingly, single women account for 25% of buyers, compared to single men, who make up just 10%.
